INQUINAMENTUM · [in-kwi-na-MEN-tum] · Latin (noun)
Filth. Defilement. Corruption.
INQUINAMENTUM was born in 2012 in Leeds, UK. Formed by founding members REUBEN CHADWICK and CHRIS FAYERS, their aim was to write black metal with an atmospheric, depressive edge.

VOID was released in 2015 to positive reception and reviews with tracks like RED STAINED SKY and BANNED TO THE NETHER.
INQUINAMENTUM followed VOID with 8342 in 2018, again incorporating the scoring and orchestral elements that were present on the previous album but with a darker, refined edge with tracks such as THE BLACKENED REVELRY and BENIGHT.
